I met my wife Barbara at UT where I graduated in '79.  We were married in '80 and soon moved to Denton in '81 where I started my career in cytogenetics.  I obtained my second degree in computer science in '86, Rachel, our daughter, was born in July of '87, and we moved to Jacksonville, Florida six weeks later.  Matthew, our son, was born in Jacksonville in June of '89.   Barbara graduated from the University of North Florida in '90 and continues her work as an accountant with Blue Cross and Blue Shield.  I left cytogenetics and started my own business in 2002 and went into semi-retirement in 2006.  Rachel is a senior at the University of North Florida, and Matthew is going to school at Florida Community College of Jacksonville.  My hobbies include rock collecting, lapidary arts, computers, juggling, traveling and cooking.
